Cyclospora Cases Surge in North Texas - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Hold on to your mangoes and strawberries – what you’re about to read is anything but sweet. Insert cyclosporiasis, or the cyclospora infection. It’s an intestinal infection that is spread by ingesting food and water that has been contaminated with feces. Yuck! So far, there have been 61 reported cases of cyclosporiasis in Texas, and eight of those are in Tarrant County.
