Chinese investors are opening up their wallets for Bordeaux. Zhong Huaili tasted his first wine only a decade ago but last year bought the 17th century winery Chateau Loudenne. His company, Moutai, is China's biggest producer of baijiu - a fiery liquor which is a staple at drunken business banquets back home. So what's a baijiu maker doing in Bordeaux?
