China's Xi Arrives in South Africa - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

China's new President Xi Jinping was given a red carpet welcome by South African President Jacob Zuma on Tuesday (March 26) ahead of a BRICS summit in Durban. Xi recived a 21-gun salute as he arrived at the Union Buildings in Pretoria. Xi told Africans on Monday he wanted a relationship of equals that would help the continent develop, responding to concerns that Beijing is only interested in shipping out its raw materials.
