CBO: Slowed Federal Health Spending Yields Savings - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

The Congressional Budget Office Federal reports that spending on health care has slowed sharply, partly as a result of the federal health care law. But the changes are not sufficient to resolve the nation's long-term debt. The growth of federal spending on health care will continue to decline as a proportion of the overall economy in the coming decades, in part because of cost controls mandated by President Obama’s health care law.
