Caterpillar's Expensive Chinese Lesson - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

In 2012 Caterpillar spent $677 million on a Chinese company to tap into the world's biggest coal mining industry. But soon after it bought Zhengzhou Siwei, the deal unravelled. CAT said it had discovered "deliberate accounting misconduct" resulting in a multi-million dollar write-down. Reuters' John Ruwitch looked into what went wrong.
