Burger King's Big Deal, InterMune Sold, Jim Cramer's Energy Play - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

It's yet another merger Monday to start the work week, the M&A markets not even taking time off during the month of August. Burger King is reportedly in talks to buy Canadian coffee and donut chain Tim Horton's, and that will in turn send the King's headquarters to Canada. That's part of the inversion tax deal that's being discussed. Plus, Roche will spend $8.3 billion dollars to buy InterMune Inc. And Jim Cramer's Action Alert Pick is a new one for his portfolio.
