Autonomy Founder Defends Company's Accounting - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

The founder of U.K. software maker Autonomy on Wednesday defended his former company's accounting in an open letter to shareholders of Hewlett-Packard ahead of H-P's annual shareholder meeting. In the latest salvo in a long-running public brawl, Mike Lynch, the former chief executive of Autonomy, accused H-P of smearing Autonomy management. H-P bought Autonomy in October 2011 for $11.1 billion.
