Australian Opposition Leader Casts His Vote - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Australian opposition leader Tony Abbott cast his vote early on Saturday (September 7) in a federal election, that he hopes will end six years of government by Kevin Rudd's Labor party and make him prime minister. After nearly five weeks of intense campaigning the country decides who will form the government for the next three years. Abbott, leader of the coalition, told a reporter in Sydney that the new prime minister has to be there for everyone.
