Artist Collects DNA, Recreates Faces AND Helps Police - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Could your face be reconstructed from nothing more than a piece of gum you threw out? Heather Dewey-Hagborg has been doing it as a hobby for some time. She gets DNA from hair, cigarette butts, and gum she finds on the street and uses a DNA extraction kit she orders online to get DNA samples. After a lab analyzes the DNA, she puts the info into a computer program that creates a 3D image of the person's face.
