Apple Launches Replacement Program For Faulty IPhone 5 Sleep/Wake Buttons - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Apple has launched a new program to help iPhone 5 owners affected by a fault that may render their sleep/wake button ineffective or unresponsive. The problem affects what Apple calls “a small percentage” of iPhone 5s made from March 2013 on. Apple says that customers can find out if their phone qualifies and apply for the replacement hardware by inputting the iPhone’s serial number at the support site created by Apple specifically for this program.
