Afghan President Refuses To Meet In U.S.-Taliban Peace Talks - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

Afghan President Hamid Karzai canceled peace negotiations on Wednesday after U.S. officials said they still planned to meet with the Taliban in spite of an attack and incendiary message on a flag. Less than 24 hours after the talks were planned, Karzai's spokesman said, "There is a contradiction between what the U.S. government says and what it does."
