3D Printed Skulls: Company Brings New Meaning To 'Facelift' - Presented by: The Aol. On Network

A Connecticut company is now bringing on new meaning to the term facelift. Oxford Performance Materials, Inc. a 3D printing company, has received clearance from the FDA for its 3D printed OsteoFab® Patient-Specific Facial Device (OPSFD), for facial reconstruction. This follows, and follows FDA clearance of the first and only 3D printed polymeric cranial implants, which was granted in February 2013.
