As the 150th anniversary of the Civil War's bloody Battle of Gettysburg approaches, 11 News reporter Kate Amara discovered a little piece of history that's still considered controversial today. She learns more about General Daniel Sickles, the first man to beat a murder charge on the basis of temporary insanity who was later put in charge of troops at Gettysburg -- making yet another terrible decision.
