Corporate history and address. Yadkin Financial Corporation (the “Company” or “Yadkin”) is a bank holding company incorporated under the laws of North Carolina to serve as the holding company for Yadkin Bank (the “Bank”), a North Carolina chartered commercial bank with its deposits insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) up to applicable limits. The Bank is not a member of the Federal Reserve. The Bank began operations in 1968 and operates in the central piedmont, research triangle area and the northwestern region of North Carolina and the upstate piedmont area of South Carolina. Effective July 1, 2006, the Bank was reorganized and the Bank became the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. In 2013, the Company and the Bank amended their respective Articles of Incorporation to change their names to Yadkin Financial Corporation and Yadkin Bank, respectively, effective May 28, 2013. ...
