Exide’s principal executive offices are located at 13000 Deerfield Parkway, Building 200, Milton, Georgia 30004. The Company is a global leader in stored electrical energy solutions, and one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of lead-acid batteries for transportation and industrial applications in the world, with fiscal 2010 net sales of approximately $2.7 billion. The Company’s operations in the Americas and Europe and Rest of World (“ROW”) represented approximately 43.2% and 56.8%, respectively, of fiscal 2010 net sales.
