Wynn Resorts, Limited, a Nevada corporation, was formed in June 2002, is led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Stephen A. Wynn, and is a leading developer, owner and operator of destination casino resorts. We currently own and operate two destination casino resorts. In Las Vegas, Nevada, we own and operate Wynn Las Vegas, which includes Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. In the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Macau”) we own and operate Wynn Macau which includes Encore at Wynn Macau. We present our results based on the following two segments: Las Vegas Operations and Macau Operations.
