Willis Lease Finance Corporation with its subsidiaries is a leading lessor of commercial aircraft engines. Our principal business objective is to build value for our shareholders by acquiring commercial aircraft engines and managing those engines in order to provide a return on investment, primarily through lease rent and maintenance reserve revenues, as well as through management fees earned for managing aircraft engines owned by other parties. As of December 31, 2012, we had a total lease portfolio consisting of 184 engines and related equipment, 7 aircraft and 4 spare parts packages with 78 lessees in 42 countries and an aggregate net book value of $961.5 million.
