Subject to review by NASDAQ MarketWatch, the NOCP will equal the normalized price of the last trade reported to NASDAQ’s proprietary trade reporting system—Automated Confirmation Transaction ServiceSM (ACTSM—with a last sale eligible sale condition modifier as of 4:00:02 p.m., US Eastern Time. "Normalizing" the NOCP means it will be adjusted to the nearest prevailing inside quote whenever the last sale is reported away from the inside market. Market participants, data distributors and investors will be provided with the NOCP for all NASDAQ Global Select MarketSM, NASDAQ Global MarketSM and NASDAQ Capital MarketSM securities. $ 51.81

Description:Vanguard Mortgage-Backed Securities ETF seeks to track the performance of the Barclays Capital U.S. MBS Float Adjusted Index. This index covers U.S. agency mortgage-backed pass-through securities issued by Ginnie Mae (GNMA), Fannie Mae (FNMA), and Freddie Mac (FHLMC). To be included in the Index, pool aggregates must have at least $250 million currently outstanding and a weighted average maturity of at least 1 year. The Fund invests by sampling the Index, meaning that it holds a range of securities that, in the aggregate, approximates the full Index in terms of key risk factors and other characteristics. All of the Fund's investments will be selected through the sampling process, and at least 80% of the Fund's assets will be invested in bonds included in the Index.
