The Company’s deed of incorporation was executed on December 31, 1921 and the Company was registered in the Registro de Comercio de Santiago on November 6, 1922. The Company’s principal executive offices are located at Nueva Tajamar 481, Torre Norte, Piso 15, Santiago. The Company’s telephone number at that location is (562) 2476-5000 and the Internet address is www.conchaytoro.com. The complete legal name of the Company is Viña Concha y Toro S.A. The Company is the largest Chilean producer and exporter of wines in terms of both volume and value, with total sales in 2013 of 276 million liters and Ch$475,622million. The Company was founded in 1883 by Don Melchor Concha y Toro and Don Ramón Subercaseaux Mercado.
