"Normalizing" the NOCP means it will be adjusted to the nearest prevailing inside quote whenever the last sale is reported away from the inside market. We operate our business through our ready-mixed concrete and concrete-related products segment and our precast products concrete segment. We are a leading producer of ready-mixed concrete or precast concrete products in substantially all the markets in which we have operations. Ready-mixed and precast concrete products are important building materials that are used in a vast majority of commercial, residential and public works construction projects. All of our operations are in (and all of our sales are made within) the United States. We operate principally in Texas, California and New Jersey/New York, with those markets representing approximately 33%, 37%, and 19%, respectively, of our consolidated revenues for the year ended December 31, 2011.  ...
