Subject to review by NASDAQ MarketWatch, the NOCP will equal the normalized price of the last trade reported to NASDAQ’s proprietary trade reporting system—Automated Confirmation Transaction ServiceSM (ACTSM—with a last sale eligible sale condition modifier as of 4:00:02 p.m., US Eastern Time. "Normalizing" the NOCP means it will be adjusted to the nearest prevailing inside quote whenever the last sale is reported away from the inside market.
