Unifi, Inc., a New York corporation formed in 1969 (together with its subsidiaries, “we”, the “Company” or “Unifi”), is a multi-national manufacturing company that processes and sells high-volume commodity yarns, specialized yarns designed to meet certain customer specifications, and premier value-added (“PVA”) yarns with enhanced performance characteristics. The Company sells yarns made from polyester and nylon to other yarn manufacturers and knitters and weavers that produce fabric for the apparel, hosiery, sock, home furnishings, automotive upholstery, industrial and other end-use markets.
