Toll Brothers, Inc., a corporation incorporated in Delaware in May 1986, began doing business through predecessor entities in 1967. When this report uses the words "we," "us," "our," and the "Company," they refer to Toll Brothers, Inc. and its subsidiaries, unless the context otherwise requires. References herein to fiscal year refer to our fiscal years ended or ending October 31. General We design, build, market, and arrange financing for detached and attached homes in luxury residential communities. We cater to move-up, empty-nester, active-adult, age-qualified, and second-home buyers in the United States ("Traditional Home Building Product"). We also build and sell homes in urban infill markets through Toll Brothers City Living® ("City Living"). At October 31, 2015, we were operating in 19 states. In the five years ended October 31, 2015, we delivered 21,003 homes from 571 communities, including 5,525 homes from 352 communities in fiscal 2015.  ... More ...
