We are a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, acquiring, developing and commercializing proprietary therapeutics that target both cancer stem cells, or CSCs, and tumor bulk. We are currently developing two clinical-stage product candidates, SL-401 and SL-701. SL-401 is a biologic targeted therapy directed to CSCs and tumor bulk, and is currently being developed for orphan indications: blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm, or BPDCN, a rare hematologic cancer, and third-line acute myeloid leukemia, or AML.
