We are the largest owner/operator of company-branded hotels in North America. Our business operates in the extended stay lodging industry, and we own and operate 684 hotel properties comprising approximately 76,200 rooms located in 44 states across the United States and in Canada. We own and operate 632 of our hotels under the core brand, Extended Stay America, which serves the mid-price extended stay segment, and accounts for approximately half of the segment by number of rooms in the United States. In addition, we own and operate three Extended Stay Canada hotels and 49 hotels in the economy extended stay segment under the Crossland Economy Studios and Hometown Inn brands. For the year ended December 31, 2013, the Company had revenues of approximately $1.1 billion, Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $518.6 million and net income of approximately $82.7 million.  ...
