Company Description (as filed with the SEC)

We believe we are a leading provider of specialized oilfield services and equipment. On February 7, 2012, we acquired Complete Production Services, Inc. (Complete), which significantly added to our geographic footprint in the U.S. land market area. We now offer a wider variety of products and services throughout the life cycle of an oil and gas well. The acquisition of Complete greatly expanded our ability to offer more products and services related to the completion of a well prior to full production commencing, as well as enhanced our full suite of intervention services used to carry out wellbore maintenance operations during a well’s producing phase. We serve energy industry customers who focus on developing and producing oil and gas worldwide. Our operations are managed and organized by both business units and geomarkets, which offer products and services within the various phases of a well’s economic life cycle.  ... More ...
