The Company’s principal subsidiary is the Bank. At December 31, 2012, the Company had total assets of $3.2 billion, total liabilities of $3.0 billion and total shareholders’ equity of $262.6 million. The Company’s principal business is to serve as a holding company for the Bank. As a registered bank holding company, the Company is subject to the supervision and regulation of the FRB. At December 31, 2012, the Company had 685 full-time and 65 part-time employees. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had 62 locations throughout New Jersey.
