All instruments and documents of whatsoever kind may be signed on behalf of the Corporation by the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, a Vice-President or a director together with another one of the foregoing persons or together with the Secretary, the Treasurer, an Assistant Secretary or an Assistant Treasurer.
