As used in this report, the terms "we," "us," "our" and the "Company," and similar terms, refer collectively to Skilled and its consolidated wholly-owned subsidiaries, unless the context requires otherwise. We have an administrative service company that provides a full complement of administrative and consultative services that allows our affiliated operators and third-party operators with whom we contract to better focus on delivery of healthcare services.
