Shenandoah Telecommunications Company is a diversified telecommunications holding company that, through its operating subsidiaries, provides both regulated and unregulated telecommunications services to end-user customers and other communications providers in Virginia, West Virginia, central Pennsylvania and western Maryland. The Company offers a comprehensive suite of voice, video and data communications services based on the products and services provided by the Company’s operating subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had twelve operating subsidiaries. During 2012, the Company implemented an internal reorganization to improve operating efficiencies and achieve other benefits. As part of the reorganization, we converted our two Wireless segment subsidiaries, our two Cable segment subsidiaries, and one of our Wireline segment subsidiaries, from corporations to limited liability companies.  ...
