The Company’s product offerings include canned, frozen and bottled produce and snack chips and its products are sold under private label as well as national and regional brands that the Company owns or licenses, including Seneca, Libby’s, Aunt Nellie’s Farm Kitchen, Stokely’s, Read, Taste of the West, Cimarron, and Tendersweet. The Company packs Green Giant, Le Sueur and other brands of canned vegetables as well as select Green Giant frozen vegetables for General Mills Operations, LLC (“GMOL”) under our long-term Alliance Agreement that was amended and restated during the second quarter of fiscal year 2010.  ...
