Description:ProShares UltraShort S&P 500 seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to twice (200%) the inverse (opposite) of the daily performance of the S&P500 Index. The Index is a measure of large-cap U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization weighted index of 500 U.S. operating companies and real estate investment trusts selected through a process that factors criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization and financial viability. The Fund will typically concentrate its investments in issuers of one or more particular industries to the same extent that its underlying index is so concentrated and to the extent permitted by applicable regulatory guidance.
