Description:The iShares MSCI Japan Small Cap Index Fund (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Japan Small Cap Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index targets 40% of the eligible small-cap universe within each industry group in the MSCI Japan Index, which consists of stocks traded primarily on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. MSCI defines the small-cap universe as all listed securities that have a market capitalization in the range of $202 - $1,723 million. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of its Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities in its Underlying Index.
