Description:The RevenueShares Large Cap Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective of outperforming the total return performance of the S&P 500 by investing in the constituent securities of the S&P 500 in the same proportions as the RevenueShares Large Cap Index. The S&P 500 is a stock market index comprised of a representative sample of common stocks of 500 leading companies in leading industries of the United States economy selected by Standard & Poor's. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of large capitalization companies included in the S&P 500 Index and generally expects to be substantially invested at such times, with at least 95% of its net assets invested in these securities.
