Description:The RevenueShares Mid Cap Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective of outperforming the total return performance of the S&P MidCap 400 by investing in the constituent securities of the S&P MidCap 400 in the same proportions as the RevenueShares Mid Cap Index. The S&P MidCap 400 is a stock market index comprised of common stock of 400 mid-sized companies selected by Standard & Poor's. The average market capitalization of companies in the S&P MidCap 400 is approximately $1.67 billion and the median market capitalization is approximately $1.51 billion. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of mid capitalization companies included in the S&P MidCap 400 Index and generally expects to be substantially invested at such times, with at least 95% of its net assets invested in these securities.
