Description: The RevenueShares Small Cap Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective of outperforming the total return performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 by investing in the constituent securities of the S&P SmallCap 600 in the same proportions as the RevenueShares Small Cap Index. The S&P SmallCap 600 is a stock market index comprised of 600 common stocks of small-cap companies selected by Standard & Poor's based on inclusion criteria to ensure that they are investable and financially viable. The average market capitalization of companies in the S&P SmallCap 600 is approximately $542 million and the median market capitalization is approximately $640 million. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of small capitalization companies included in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index and generally expects to be substantially invested at such times, with at least 95% of its net assets invested in these securities.
