Description:Market Vectors Russia ETF (the "Fund") seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the DAXglobal Russia Index (the "Russia Index"). The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in stocks and depositary receipts of publicly traded companies that are domiciled in Russia. For the purposes of this policy, "publicly traded companies that are domiciled in Russia" means companies organized in, or for which the principal trading market is in, Russia, companies, alone or on a consolidated basis, that have 50% or more of their assets invested in Russia or companies that alone or on a consolidated basis derive 50% or more of their revenues primarily from either goods produced, sales made or services performed in Russia.
