The Company is an international service company with headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia, providing pest and termite control services through its wholly-owned subsidiaries to both residential and commercial customers in North America with international franchises in Central America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia, the Mediterranean, Europe, Africa and Mexico. Services are performed through a contract that specifies the pricing arrangement with the customer. Orkin, LLC.
