The investment objective of Rydex S&P Equal Weight Industrials ETF is to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S&P Equal Weight Index Industrials (the "Underlying Index"). The S&P Equal Weight Index Industrials is an unmanaged equal weighted version of the S&P 500 Industrials Index that consists of the common stocks of the following industries: aerospace and defense, building products, construction and engineering, electrical equipment, conglomerates, machinery; commercial services and sup- plies, air freight and logistics, airlines, and marine, road and rail transportation infrastructure that comprise the Industrials sector of the S&P 500 Index. As long as the Fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of its respective Underlying Index, the Fund may invest its other assets in futures contracts, options on futures contracts, options, and swaps related to its Underlying Index, as well as cash and cash equivalents.
