Cubic Energy, Inc. (referred to as “Cubic”, “we”, “our”, “us” or the “Company”) is an independent energy company engaged in the development and production of, and exploration for, crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. Our oil and gas assets are concentrated in Texas and Louisiana. At June 30, 2010, our total proved reserves were 29,209,160 Mcfe. The Company’s future results of operations and growth are substantially dependent upon (i) its ability to acquire or find new oil and gas properties, or successfully develop existing oil and gas properties and (ii) the prevailing prices for oil and gas. Numerous locations have been identified by us and by third-party operators for additional drilling. If we are unable to economically complete additional producing wells, the Company’s oil and gas production, and thus its revenues, would likely decline rapidly as its reserves are depleted.  ...
