Pioneer's common stock is listed and traded on the NYSE. The Company is a Delaware corporation formed in 1997. The Company's executive offices are located at 5205 N. O'Connor Blvd., Suite 200, Irving, Texas 75039. The Company's telephone number is (972) 444-9001. The Company maintains other offices in Anchorage, Alaska; Denver, Colorado and Midland, Texas. At December 31, 2012, the Company had 3,667 employees, 2,484 of whom were employed in field and plant operations.
