The PrivateBank and Trust Company (the "Bank" or the "PrivateBank"), the bank subsidiary of PrivateBancorp, was opened in Chicago in 1991. The Bank provides customized business and personal financial services to middle market companies and business owners, executives, entrepreneurs and families in all the markets and communities it serves.
