Description:The PowerShares Dynamic Healthcare Sector Portfolio ("the Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Dynamic Healthcare Sector Intellidex Index (the "Underlying Intellidex"). The Underlying Intellidex is comprised of stocks of 60 U.S. healthcare companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the business of providing healthcare-related products and services, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and supplies, and facilities. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of healthcare companies. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Underlying Intellidex.
