Subject to review by NASDAQ MarketWatch, the NOCP will equal the normalized price of the last trade reported to NASDAQ’s proprietary trade reporting system—Automated Confirmation Transaction ServiceSM (ACTSM—with a last sale eligible sale condition modifier as of 4:00:02 p.m., US Eastern Time. "Normalizing" the NOCP means it will be adjusted to the nearest prevailing inside quote whenever the last sale is reported away from the inside market. Market participants, data distributors and investors will be provided with the NOCP for all NASDAQ Global Select MarketSM, NASDAQ Global MarketSM and NASDAQ Capital MarketSM securities. $ 49.20

Description:The PowerShares NASDAQ Internet Portfolio ("the Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ Internet Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is designed to track the performance of the largest and most liquid U.S.-listed companies engaged in internet-related businesses and that are listed on one of the three major U.S. stock exchanges. Companies in the Underlying Index include U.S. internet software and services companies, such as companies that are involved in internet-related services, including internet software, website services and e-commerce. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of internet companies.
