"Normalizing" the NOCP means it will be adjusted to the nearest prevailing inside quote whenever the last sale is reported away from the inside market. We are a leading provider of custom-engineered systems and products designed to help ensure that the delivery of energy is safe, efficient and clean. We primarily serve the markets for power generation, natural gas infrastructure and refining and petrochemical processing. We offer a broad range of separation and filtration products, selective catalytic reduction, turbine emission exhaust and silencing systems and other complementary products including specialty heat exchangers, pulsation dampeners and silencers. Our primary customers include equipment manufacturers, engineering contractors and owner operators. A demand for energy in both developed and emerging countries, coupled with the global trend toward stricter environmental regulations, drives demand for our systems and products.
