Our company was founded in 1990. ePlus inc. is sometimes referred to in this Annual Report on Form 10-K as “we”, “our”, “us”, “ourselves”, or “ePlus.” Our operations are conducted through two basic business segments. Our first segment is our technology sales business unit that includes all the technology sales and related services, including our proprietary software. Our second segment is our financing business unit that consists of the leasing and financing of equipment and related software and services to commercial, government, and government-oriented entities.
