Description:The PowerShares Golden Dragon Halter USX China Portfolio ("the Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Halter USX China Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is currently comprised of 120 U.S. exchange-listed stocks of companies that derive a majority of their revenues from the People's Republic of China. The Underlying Index is designed to provide access to the unique economic opportunities taking place in China while still providing investors with the transparency offered with U.S.-listed securities. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of companies deriving a majority of their revenues from the People%u2019s Republic of China.
