We were incorporated in 1998 as part of the Mexican government’s program for the opening of Mexico’s airports to private investment. The duration of our corporate existence has been set at 100 years. We hold concessions to operate, maintain and develop 12 airports in the Pacific and central regions of Mexico. Each of our concessions has a term of 50 years beginning on November 1, 1998. The term of each of our concessions may be extended by the Ministry of Communications and Transportation under certain circumstances for up to 50 additional years. As operator of the 12 airports under our concessions, we charge airlines, passengers and other users fees for the use of the airports’ facilities. We also derive rental and other income from commercial activities conducted at our airports, such as the leasing of space to restaurants and retailers.
