We are a multi-national biopharmaceutical and diagnostics company that seeks to establish industry-leading positions in large and rapidly growing medical markets by leveraging our discovery, development and commercialization expertise and our novel and proprietary technologies. We are developing a range of solutions to diagnose, treat and prevent various conditions, including point-of-care tests, laboratory developed tests (“LDTs”), molecular diagnostics tests, and proprietary pharmaceuticals and vaccines. We plan to commercialize these solutions on a global basis in large and high growth markets, including emerging markets. We have already established commercial operations in Chile, Mexico, and Spain, which are generating revenue and which we expect to generate positive cash flow and facilitate future market entry for our products currently in development.
