We are a bank holding company headquartered in Stillwater, Oklahoma and we provide commercial and consumer banking services through our banking subsidiaries, Stillwater National Bank and Trust Company (“Stillwater National”) and Bank of Kansas. We were organized in 1981 as the holding company for Stillwater National, which was chartered in 1894. We are registered as a bank holding company pursuant to the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended (the "Holding Company Act").
